Race Package Pickup will be held at Harbour Towers.
Friday April 23: 9am – 11am, Corporate and Sports Team Package Pickup Only
Friday April 23: noon – 7 pm, Corporate, Sports Teams and Individual Package Pickup
Saturday April 24: 10am – 6 pm, Corporate, Sports Teams and Individual Package Pickup
Out of Town Race Package Pick-Up
- Only pre-registered out-of-town entrants may pick up their Race Packages on race day at the tent on Government Street beside the Legislature buildings at the Information Tent. Package pick up between 6:30am – 7:45am.
- Out-of-Town includes anyone who pays long-distance charges to call Victoria from home.
- Out-of-Town Thrifty Foods 1.5K Family Fun Run entrants may pick up their Race packages before 9:00am on race day at the start line at the front steps of the Legislature.
Race Packages are sorted NUMERICALLY.
You can check the web site prior to coming to find your race number; this will be posted on Wednesday April 21st. Or you can check the lists posted as you enter the Fitness Expo. Once you know your race number proceed to the appropriate table to retrieve your race package.
Please note:
- T-shirts not picked up by 6:00pm on Saturday, April 24th will be forfeited.
- Registration is non-refundable, non transferable.
- Turn in pledges for the Heart and Stroke Foundation during Race Package Pick Up and pick up your incentives!
Corporate, School and Sports Teams
The team captain will pick up all team packages, this to include team shirt, race bib and chip; there will be no individual package pick up for team members. No exceptions. Teams are sorted numerically, this will be posted on the web site on Wednesday April 21st or you can check the lists posted as you enter the Fitness Expo.
ONLINE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION PAGE . Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for processing of forms that are mailed or dropped off at one of the participating Running Stores. Online registrations will be confirmed immediately.
