Start Time for all events
- 7:55 am – Wheelchair Athletes
- 8:00 am – Wave Start for Runners/Recreational and Competitive Walkers/Recreational Wheelchair AthletesA wave start consists of various staggered starts of smaller groups instead of one giant start for all participants.Runners/walkers are placed in “waves” consisting of other runners/walkers of a similar pace. Each wave has its own start with a short “time cushion” between each wave. This ensures a much less congested race route and creates a safer, more enjoyable experience for all participants.
