No race day registrations. Registration ends at 6:00pm on Saturday April 29th, at the Race Expo, which will be held at Crystal Garden Conference Centre.

We now have paper registration for 2017 available on the Registration Page, however we encourage you to sign up online from the Race Roster link on our registration page.
CAN I TRANSFER MY RACE ENTRY?
Registrations are non-transferable for the following reasons. A person running in your place with a different gender or a different age group can lead to errors in the results, and deny legitimate winners of their justly won prizes. Also, in the event of an accident or medical condition, wrong information may have serious consequences. If you are unable to run, you can still pickup your race shirt (if you registered prior to posted deadline), at the package pickup times posted below on this page. Note: there will be no post-race shirt pickup.
I DO NOT SEE MY NAME ON THE CONFIRMATION LIST – WHAT DO I DO?
Look up your name under:
Contact email@example.com if your name is not on one of the confirmation lists. If you have dropped off or mailed your entry, it will take us at least a week to process the registration, especially when it is close to event day. Keep checking back. Please make sure you write your information clearly on your printed form.

Once you finish the race keep moving to avoid congestion. You no longer need to return your chip at the Finish Line. The chip is a disposable one-time use chip.
DO RUNNERS AND WALKERS LINE UP TOGETHER?
Yes. Runners line up in their time divisions on Government from Belleville. Competitive, recreational walkers and nordic pole walkers line up behind the runners – there will be signs showing where to line up.
HOW DO I KNOW I’M IN THE CORRECT TIME ZONE AT THE START LINE?
Your time zone is the time you entered on your registration form. If you are unsure of what this will be, use your previous TC10K time or the time from another sanctioned event to guide you. Stand BEHIND the time banner that indicates the time you estimate you will take to finish the race. Baby joggers MUST start with the Recreational Walkers.
Your bib will be color coded to your estimated finishing time. All runners or walkers in your time category will wear the same color bib, and you will all line up behind the tear drop sign indicating the same time. Volunteers at Package Pickup will show you where in the start area that will be.
HOW DO I START IN THE SAME ZONE AS MY FRIEND?
To start in the same zone, you both must select the same estimated finish time on your entry forms. If you are different levels of ability, you must choose the zone appropriate for the slower runner.
WHAT ABOUT BABY JOGGERS OR OTHER MODES OF TRANSPORT?
For safety purposes, participants with strollers, baby joggers or recreational wheelchairs MUST start in the Walkers Zone. Helmets are encouraged. You must accept the risks of participating in a race with up to 8,000 entrants. Please read the release and waiver carefully before entering.
Baby Joggers must keep to the right of the road along the course. Those in front of you have the right away. Please be respectful of this.
Only runners, walkers, wheelchairs are permitted. Dogs, skateboards, wagons, in-line skates, scooters, roller skis, bicycles and vehicles are not permitted. Participants with these items will be removed from the course and will be disqualified.
