The Race Expo is at Crystal Garden

Expo hours are:

  • Friday April 27 – 11:00am –  7:00pm
  • Saturday April 28 – 10:00am – 6:00pm

The expo is open to the public.

Race Package Pick Up

Race Package Pickup run in conjunction with our Race Expo at Crystal Garden, 713 Douglas Street, Victoria BC. Package pickup is open:

  • Thursday April 26 – TEAM PACKAGE PICKUP ONLY (no individuals) – 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Friday April 27 – 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, Open to All Teams and Individuals
  • Saturday April 28 – 10:00am – 6:00pm, Open to All Teams and Individuals

The race package pickup process:

Individual Package Pickup

Individual registrations may pick up on Friday April 27 or Saturday April 28. When you arrive, head upstairs and line up and  then proceed to the appropriate queue in the race package pickup area. You will be directed to the next available volunteer to pick up your race package (race bib w/timing tag) and confirm your registration information.  After you have picked up your race package you will proceed through the timing tag check station and then to the other end of Crystal Garden to pick up your race shirt before going downstairs through the Race Expo.

You can pick up registrations for your friends or family. Just make sure you have communicated clearly that you are picking up for them!


Team Captains and/or their designate can only pick up a team package (no individuals). Team Captains can pick up the packages on Thursday April 26 (or during the other race package pickup times).

TC10K Training Clinic Members

People who participated in the Official TC10K Training Clinics may pick up their registrations in the area marked for Clinic Package Pickup. This is separate from the Individual Package Pickup.

Late Package Pickup for Out of Town Registrants

Only pre-registered out-of-town entrants may pick up their Race Packages on race day at the Late Package Pick Up Tent located on on the Legislative Grounds. Packages can be picked up between 6:00 am – 7:30 am.

Out-of-Town Thrifty Foods Family Fun Run entrants may pick up their Race packages between 9:30 am – 10:30 am on race day at the Late Package Pick Up Tent located on on the Legislative Grounds.

Late Registration at Expo

If you are looking to register for the 10K you will proceed past the race package pickup queues to the table marked Late Registration.  All late registrations will take place online with Cash or VISA/MC accepted.

Please note:

  • T-shirts not picked up by 6:00pm on Saturday, April 28th will be forfeited.
  • There will be no t-shirt pickup on race day.
  • Registration is non-refundable, non-transferable.

Post Race Massage

Post Run Massage Therapy is available in the Massage Tent on the Legislature Lawn closest to the Cenotaph and Government Street. Massages are being offered by WestCoast Massage School by donation. (Suggested donated $5.00). Lets keep the students busy!

 Ocean and KissOcean 98.5 and KiSS 103.1

Ocean 98.5 is Victoria’s Perfect Music Mix!  We’re also home of the no repeat workday where you won’t hear the same song twice between 9 and 5. KiSS 103.1 is Victoria’s Hit Music Station!  We also promise you 60 mins of music, commercial free every hour! Both stations are excited to offer you the BEST music to keep you going for the last few km’s of the race.  So dance with us and make sure you stop by for a high five power up! Learn more – Ocean 98.5 and KiSS 103.1.


ON Vancouver Street, stop by a take a “memorable photo”!


Mufaro the word for joy in the Shona language of Zimbabwe. This music brings Joy!  Mufaro plays complex and compelling polyrhythms that just move! You can hear the beat from far and wide! Mufaros music from Zimbabwe and southern Africa has been playing TC 10K for over a decade . they will be setting the pace and hope that you will be smiling and waving as you go by!

Ocean Radio near Mile 0 near Beacon Hill Park.


Coastline is a string ensemble comprised of BC’s top young musicians ranging from ages 14-21, coached and mentored by internationally acclaimed fiddler, Ivonne Hernandez. With intricate arrangements of traditional, original and contemporary fiddle tunes from around the world, Coastline is pushing boundaries and always having a great time whenever they play. From the farthest island on the West Coast of Canada comes a new tradition that is Coastline!

KISS FM & Island Elite Cheerleading Team

Working off each other at their location will be the team from KISS FM and Victoria’s own Island Elite Cheerleading Team.   This station will be high energy and full encouragement as you go by!

Gear Check

Have your warm, dry gear stored in the tent beside the Legislature on Government Street while you are running. Bring your post-race snack, lucky charm, and warm-up clothes to the TC10K, and store them at our Gear Check tent.

Please do not check valuables.  The TC10K is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Gear check opens at 6:30am and closes at 11:30am.

You must show your race number to collect your gear.

Items left on the race course will be collected after the run and donated to charity.

Timing Chips

In order to receive an accurate time, please ensure that your bib is:

  • Clearly visible on the front of your torso
  • Unaltered and unmodified (do not wrinkle or fold)
  • Pinned in all four corners
  • Not covered (by a jacket, runner belt, water bottle, etc.)

Timing for the 2018 TC10K is provided by SPORTSTATS WEST.
