Island Farms School Team Challenge

Are you a Pre-school, Elementary, Middle or High school looking to start off the spring in an active way?

Is your school looking to kick off their track season with a fun race that can win you prizes?

Then sign up for the Island Farms School Team Challenge!

Create a team of 10 or more with your school mates, friends and family.  Register your school team name and all your team members by March 23, 2012 and we will customize your School Challenge Team Shirts! Create a funky team name, wear a silly costume, set crazy challenges, and your team may win a Team Category Award!

 

3 Cash Prizes of $1,000 will be Awarded those teams entered in the Island Farms School Team Challenge

1. Fastest Team Overall  (2011 Winner: George Bonner Bears with an average time of 40:19)
2. Most Team Members Registered (2011 Winner: The French Connection with 130 participants registered)
3. Team Spirit and or Best Costume (2011 Winner: Crystal View Superstars – capes, t-shirts, and banners!)

• Team Captains: register your team for the 10K or 1.5K by entering your team information, there is no cost to register a team. Please ensure you register in the appropriate category, the Island Farms School Challenge, this will ensure you are eligible for prizes and this will allow you to pay the discounted fee for school teams.
• After the Team on-line form is processed (approximately 5 minutes) your team name will be added to the drop down list on the individual online registration form.
• When your team members register all they need to do is select the appropriate team name from the drop down menu, choose their desired distance (10K or 1,5K) and they will automatically be added to your team.
• All Team Members must register on or before March 23th.
• All team entries received by this date will receive customized Team Shirts. There will be no more team registrations accepted after this time.

Team Payment Options

There are three ways for teams to pay for the TC10K:

1. Let your team members pay the registration fee themselves.

2. Pay for the full registration fee for your team members.

You can enter all team members’ information online and pay by credit card, or you can contact the office and we will be happy to provide a Team Code that allows your team members to register themselves online with no fee. We will then charge you for all team members’ registrations after March 23. 2012 Team Code Form

3. Pay for a percentage of the registration fee for each team member.

As a team captain you or your company can choose to pay 50% of your team members’ registration fees. Please fill out the attached form and we will issue you with a Team Code for your team members to use when they register. 2012 Team Code Form

 

Deadline for Team entries is March 23, 2012 – please note all team members must be registered on or before March 23, 2012
