TC10K Official Training Clinics
Happening at a Rec Centre near you. To register all you need to do is choose a participating Rec Centre that is convenient for you, visit the registration desk, ask to register for the Official TC10K Training Clinic. And get ready to start running or walking your way to the 23rd Annual TC10K finish line on April 29th, 2012. This gradual 14 week program is for both runners and walkers and starts the 3rd week of January. Run or Walk, we want you to be part of this year’s event!
Thrifty Foods Tracker Program
Kids can start training now by tracking their nutrition and activity with the Thrifty Foods Tracker Card.
Kid’s 1.5K Trainer
Run, Walk or Skip your way to the Thrifty Foods 1.5K Family Run using the Kid’s 1.5K Trainer. The Kids Trainer will help prepare 1.5K Family Run participants for race day! Run 3 times a week and complete all the suggested distances and after 9 weeks, your total kilometers will add up to a full marathon!
