TC10K Training Clinics
TC10K Official Training Clinics are happening at a Rec Centre near you
To register all you need to do is choose a participating Rec Centre that is convenient for you, visit the registration desk, ask to register for the Official TC10K Training Clinic, and get ready to start running or walking your way to the 22nd Annual TC10K finish line on April 29, 2012!
This gradual 14 week program is for both runners and walkers and starts the week of January 21st at your local rec centre. Run or walk, we want you to be part of this year’s event!
The cost of the TC10K Training Clinic is $120 + HST. Your 14 week training clinic includes:
- Run/walk entry into the TC10K
- 14 week training program
- Event shirt
- Technical training shirt
- A graduated plan for runners or walkers of all levels
- Expert training tips
- The support and encouragement of experienced leaders
- Use of recreation centre on clinic training days
- Group support and camaraderie
